Prof. Reddy is the Founder of the GSR Institute of Craniofacial Surgery, Hyderabad, INDIA He holds the Hermann Sailer Chairat Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad. GSR INSTITUTE OF CRANIOFACIAL SURGERY (GSRICFS) The GSRICFS is a 50-bed hospital that exclusively caters to patients with cleft and craniofacial defects from around a 1,000-kilometer radius of Hyderabad, India. The Hospital does free treatment for 1,500 patients with cleft and craniofacial defects every year. The Hospital has performed more than 30,000 free surgeries with financial help from Smile Train, a charitable organization from USA and Cleft Children International, a charitable organization from Zurich, Switzerland. The parent body of the GSRICFS, the Hyderabad Cleft Society, runs a school for 100 underprivileged and orphaned children born with cleft and craniofacial defects. The school takes care of these children by providing them with tuition fees at a local school, free halls of residence and food.
